Reminder 28476 about "How the death penalty actually works," or "why prosecutors and judges should have no immunity in capital trials."

(Anyone who thinks the system is so good that it is reliable enough to kill with can surely have no objection to not having personal immunity from prosecution for putting a thumb on the scale to ensure the "right" result, right?)
